SPORTS SPECIFIC PERSONAL TRAINING

As we age the body will lose approximately 4.5 pounds of muscle strength per year.  Strength training will ward off age-related muscle loss.  This style of training combined with Multidirectional Movements and Range of Motion exercises will  improve mobility, balance, decrease bone loss and reduce symptoms related to chronic disease such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis and osteoporosis.  It will also help combat depression and cognitive decline often seen in the older individual.  Enroll in a program with one of our skilled Personal Trainers and slow cell aging while improving overall health.

Women

The key to a successful personal training program is recognizing that every client has different physiological needs based on different aspects including gender.  Aside from pregnancy and some age-related conditions, men and women have multiple anatomical differences, i.e. wider pelvis, smaller bones and ligaments.  Our trainers have extensive experience in taking our female clients to their maximal potential through the proper balance of cardiovascular training along with a monitored strength training regime that will provide optimal results.
