Patti Morris
A lifetime fitness enthusiast from sports and exercise in my youth to adulthood, I decided to pursue training after having children on my own as a means of generating income on a flexible schedule. After a strong nudge from Synergy management about 15+ years ago, I decided to begin teaching group fitness and take on clients of my own. I became certified and highly proficient in most group fitness formats, including Step, Spin, Kickboxing, Body Shred, Boot camp to mention just a few. I have enhanced my personal training certifications with specialty courses in Kettlebell, TRX, weight training and exercise progression. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers which enables me to properly guide my clients in the nutrition and weight loss aspect of their journey. With knowledge and compassion, I have successfully guided my clients to success. A long term clients, Mark Fornes, D.C. says:

Patti currently teaches spin, kickboxing and sculpt classes on our weekly aerobic schedule and continues to successfully train clients to meet and exceed their health and fitness expectations.
