Step out of the box and in to a Hula Hoop! Learn what your core muscles can REALLY do as well as what the rest of your body can do with a hoop. Using lightly weighted hula hoops of different sizes, learn how to turn a core burner into a fun, fast paced, high intensity yet low impact party. Depending on your instructor, you’ll be pushed in a variety of ways, whether it’s by music, scenery, vocal cueing or otherwise.. you will be pushed. For either 30, 45 or 60 minutes, you & your state of the art stationary bike will be all there is and when you’re done, you’ll KNOW you had the ride of your life!
